4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for Cash on Delivery orders). SolydGear reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using third-party logistics partners. Delivery timelines provided are indicative and may vary due to location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. SolydGear shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on select pincodes only.

  • SolydGear reserves the right to verify COD orders via call, message, or email before shipment.

  • In cases of order refusal, non-acceptance, or failed delivery, shipping and return charges may be recovered from the customer.

  • Refunds for COD orders, where applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI and not in cash.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.

8. Exchange Warranty

Eligible products may be exchanged under our limited exchange warranty, subject to the terms mentioned in the Return & Refund Policy. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
