SolydGear is a brand operated by Empira Solutions, India.

We ship all orders across India using reliable third-party courier and logistics partners.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.


Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier serviceability:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or special locations: Up to 10 business days

  • There maybe special occasions on long festive seasons when Shipments may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances 

These timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free-shipping offers are valid only for eligible orders as mentioned on the website.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@solydgear.com or WhatsApp +91 9381109015 with your Order ID.

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner, SolydGear will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

SolydGear is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable addresses provided during checkout.

Any additional shipping costs arising from re-delivery due to incorrect address may be charged to the customer.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept delivery and notify us immediately at support@solydgear.com or WhatsApp +91 9381109015.

If you accept the package, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photos or videos of the package and product.

International Shipping (Outside of India)

Markets We Ship To We currently ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, China, Taiwan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Kazakhstan, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya, and Tanzania.

Order Processing Time International orders follow the same processing timeline as domestic orders — processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Timeline Once dispatched, international orders are estimated to arrive within 15 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance timelines.

Shipping Charges A flat shipping fee of ₹1,800 (INR) applies to all international orders, regardless of order size or weight.

Local Duties & Taxes All applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are levied by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. Solyd Gear has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Shipping Partner International orders are fulfilled via Shiprocket, our logistics aggregator, who partners with leading global carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Returns & Damaged Goods We accept international returns under the following conditions:

  • A return request is raised within 15 days of receipt of the order, or
  • The product is received in a damaged condition

In both cases, Solyd Gear will bear the return shipping cost. Please contact us at support@solydgear.com with your order details and supporting photos (in case of damage) to initiate a return.
