Are Solyd lens covers indestructible?
No. Like any precision accessory, they are designed to be durable—not indestructible.
How should I care for the product?
Handle with reasonable care. Avoid unnecessary force or stress. Keep away from prolonged high heat. Clean with a soft cloth; avoid harsh chemicals.
What can damage the product?
Excessive force or crushing. Sharp, high-impact drops. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures (such as inside parked vehicles). Improper installation or removal.
Will normal use cause damage?
No. Under normal field use, the product is designed to perform reliably.
Do Solyd products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Solyd products are covered by a3-month exchange warrantyfrom the date of delivery against manufacturing defects or mechanical failure under normal usage. Approved warranty claims will be exchanged for the same product model, subject to availability. Damage due to misuse, accidental drops, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
What is not covered?
Physical damage due to misuse or impact. Damage from heat exposure or improper handling. Normal wear over time.
How do I claim warranty?

Do you offer returns or replacements?
Yes. We accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery within14 days of delivery(domestic) or15 days of receipt(international orders). Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all accessories and the original invoice. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. We currently deliver to: UAE, China, Taiwan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Kazakhstan, Brazil, South Africa, Kenya, and Tanzania. We are continuously expanding to new markets — if your country isn't listed, check back soon! A flat shipping fee of ₹1,800 (INR) applies to all international orders. Please note that local customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I order a custom 3D printed photography accessory?
Absolutely! Beyond our standard lens cap range, we can design and manufacture custom 3D printed photography accessories for virtually any requirement, subject to available 3D printing technology.
