Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible returns will receive a 100% refund of the product price.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories and the original invoice

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used while placing the order. For UPI, card, or wallet payments, credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is approved.


Exchange Warranty

We offer a 3-month exchange warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or mechanical failure under normal usage.

Approved claims will be exchanged for the same product model, subject to availability.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Damage due to misuse or mishandling

  • Modifications or alterations

  • Accidental drops or impact

  • Normal wear and tear


Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must email support@solydgear.com with their Order ID and the reason for return or exchange.

Once approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address

Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.


Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup charges are covered by SolydGear for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Incorrect or damaged shipments

  • For all other returns, reverse pickup or self-shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • SolydGear reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject any return or exchange request.

  • Processing timelines may vary depending on pickup and transit times.
